St. Patrick's Day
On March 17th every year Irish people around the world celebrate the patron saint of Ireland with a festive celebration, usually involving a great deal of beer, mainly Gunniess. The holiday has grown in popularity over the years and now the great news is, you don't have to be Irish to celebrate it. This has led to a boom in the number of visitors to Ireland during the holiday and the country is very hospitable to tourists. The most popular place in Ireland to celebrate is Dublin where the parade there is part of a festival that lasts the entire week.
