Wright FloridaWright is a small community just outside Fort Walton Beach in Okaloosa County, Fla. It has a school, Wright Elementary, and a fire department, Ocean City-Wright Fire Control District. The 2000 Census counted 21,697 residents. The Ocean City-Wright FCD, in 2006, said it served 40,000 people. That could be a product of combining two communities or it could be a sign of Okaloosa County’s rapid growth.
