Vancouver British Columbia Davie Street

Davie Street was named for A.E.B. Davie, eighth Premier of British Columbia from 1887 to 1889.

It is also know as the area of the downtown core to be almost exclusively populated by gays, lesbians, bi sexual, and trans gender people. There are many restaurants, night clubs, hair salons, and funky little shops. Having lived there for many years, I can honestly say, it is the best place to live, with wonderful people, high drama, and loads of fun.
