Topanga State Beach

Beachgoers won’t find peace and harmony at this highway-side strip of coastline, but the noise factor doesn’t matter to surfers who come to Topanga in Malibu to catch some gnarly waves. The Reel Inn across the street catches and serves some of the freshest fish around. Surfrider Beach in Malibu, however, boasts LA’s best waves and welcomes vacationers as well as locals.
