The Circus BathThe Circus is a very famous example of Georgian architecture and was constructed in the 18th century in Bath. The circus is a circular area that is surrounded by gorgeous town houses. The Circus was inspired by the Colosseum in Rome, but it was designed to be viewed from the inside rather than the outside. If you look at the columns carefully, you will see that the three classical orders - doric, composite, corinthian - were used.
