Located in the southern part of the San Francisco Bay Area, the Silicon Valley refers to the high concentration of high-tech businesses in the area. The Silicon Valley is a leader in innovative Internet and computer technology – it is home to the Google, eBay, and Apple corporations – as well as other forms of technology.
