Rockville PikeRockville Pike is the major shopping spot in the town of Rockville. Given the construction that has taken place in recent years, the traffic on "The Pike," residents know can be unbearable. Rockville Pike sports several shopping centers such as Congressional Plaza which is located on Rockville and Halpine Road. There is also Federal Plaza which is located on Rockville Pike and East Jefferson Street. Another center is the Mid-Pike Plaza located on 11800-11858 Rockville Pike. Yet another shopping center that's excellent is Rockville Center which is located on 199 E. Montgomery Avenue. Some notable restaurants on "The Pike," are That's Amore, Copeland's, El Mariachi just to name a few!!
