INTRODUCTION

Also known as The Flour City and The Flower City, Rochester is the third biggest city in the state of New York. The town is a big center for the arts, having theaters,a philarmonic orchestra,museums of photography and film and music festivals. Midtown Plaza is the first downtown mall in the nation and a variety of gardens also offer entertainment to visitors.
