Punta Cana Dominican Republic

INTRODUCTION

Punta Cana is the most visited destination in the Caribbean. Spring break in the United States, Canada, and Europe has found a meeting place in this town where the best resorts and its nightclubs are located.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

Climate: Temperatures oscilate between 20-33C, which makes this place great for vacations and for those who seek perfect beaches and relaxation.

Only three hotels can be found on this beach. Great and complex resorts are located near Punta Cana at places like "Bavaro" and "Punta Arena Gorda". The Dominican Republic is a country of contrasts, so nearby towns are extremely different from what you'll find in Punta Cana or Bavaro, however all of these places are really humble.

LODGING

"Catalonia Royal Bavaro" is one of the most popular hotels in the area. "Iberoestar Bavaro" and "Excellence Punta Cana" are also great choices. Keep in mind that most of the hotels and resorts are not exactly located inside Punta Cana, but in other nearby spots. "Majestic Colonial Punta Cana" and "Tortuga Bay" are other good choices.
