INTRODUCTION

Plattsburgh, New York is the home of the Tip Top Frame Art Center which features artwork from local artists as well as from artists nationwide. With a variety of art from paintings to sculptures it is a great place to visit to enjoy works from different people of different talents and cultures. Plattsburgh also holds the Transportation Museum as well as a historic home that documents the past.
