Personal Experience 1 Isle Of Capri

I believe one of the most beautiful places I've been in my life was the Isle of Capri. I took a hydroplane from downtown Naples? and a marvelous day began. The Bay of Naples? is beautiful in itself, a photographer's delight. But Capri!

The boat landed and we all trundled into the funiculare for the ride. The ocean view was spectacular! Capri had wonderful shops, exquisite food and exhilirating drinks, all well within my meager Navy budget.

Looking down into the Mediterranean, watching a swimmer, the water was so clear you could see his hands and feet move as he swam! The ocean's varied hues of blue are indescribable in their brilliance.

Ancient cobbled streets, narrow alleyways, the most friendly people on earth, wonderful food, a view to die for...ah, to go back just one more time.
