Notre Dame Cathedral Paris

Known popularly through the novel, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, this cathedral adds to the mystique of Paris. The building structure is admirable within itself, with interesting gothic architecture, a 7,800 pipe organ, and five bells in its bell towers. The largest bell weighs over 13 tons and is rung to mark every hour.

Tourists visiting Notre Dame are able to walk up all the stairs to the bell towers for a charge. It is a unique feeling to be up with the bells and gargoyles built into the building. It also gives a broad view of Paris, although it is basically the same view as from the Eiffel Tower. To save money, Paris vacationers should decide to either view the city from the Eiffel Tower or Notre Dame.

Visitors can partake in Parisian culture within the church by attending a mass in one of the most well-known churches in the world.
