Butterfly Gorge Nature Reserve - is a quiet gorge is tucked away at the base of a low sandstone plateau. The sheer rock faces, edged by dense riverine vegetation and rocky spinifex country, offer shaded riverine walks and beautiful scenery.

The Cocos (Keeling) Islands are in the middle of the Indian Ocean, and comes close to what you might imagine an island paradise to be. Beaches with no footprints and a hammock swinging between palm trees describes everyday life on the islands. There are no high-rise developments and no shopping centres, no restaurants and no resorts. It is secluded in the truest sense of the word; its closest neighbour Christmas Island is 900km away
