Natural History Museum London

The Natural History Museum is home to the UK's most amazing collections of natural history. The Museum currently houses approximatley 70 million plants, animals, fungi, bacteria, fossils, rocks and minerals.

Some of the displays include dinosaurs, volcanoes, precious gems, and a huge variety of all bugs imaginable.

A great place for kids, this free museum has many interactive activities for kids 14 and under including an earthquake simulation room. Here adults and children alike experience what it's like to be inside of a convenience store during a a mild earthquake.

Bring out the inner explorer in your child by renting an explorer backpack (available for kids under 7). Each backpack is filled with an explorer hat and binoculars, as well as drawing materials and activities so that small children can get the most out of their museum visit.
