Malindi Travel Guide

The beaches at Malindi are picture perfect paradise. Come here to get away from the hustle and bustle of Nairobi and Mombassa.

Crystal clear waters and long pristine sandy beaches line the coast up to Watamu bay where you will find turtle nesting sites.

Go inland to visit the Gedi ruins where you can play with the hundreds of monkeys and climb to the top of a man made tree house over looking the entire area.

Bargain hard in the flea markets where you can watch artists paint pictures of African landscapes on the spot or carve your name into wooden keyrings.

With cheap accomodation, great food (cow on a stick) from local vendord and extremely friendly locals, Malindi is a place you may never want to leave.
