Malacca

Visit Malacca's multicultural past at the Cultural Museum, which is built to represent a sultan's palace and reconstructed from historical documents (Kota Road, next to Porta de Santiago, 06 282 6526). The picturesque street, Jalan Tokong, reflects the port's history. It has a Malay mosque, a Chinese temple and a Hindu temple that are a must see.
