Maine State Museum Augusta

Offing exhibits on the history and culture of the state of Maine, this museum is an all encompassing tour. It provides information from the Paleo-Indians and the first European explorers that settled on Maine shores. The museum recreates the homes, ships and farms that made up the first settlements of this state.
