Lubbock Texas

INTRODUCTION

Pronounced "LUB uck", this is one of the largest metropolitan areas of Texas. Being the center or hub of education, culture and healthcare for the areas surrounding it, Lubbock gained the nickname of Hub City. The area focuses on cotton growing and some of the attractions include museums, an amusement park and the Depot District, dedicated to the nightlife of the city.
