Lichtenstein Castle Germany

INTRODUCTION

Lichtenstein Castle is located near Honau, Germany. Orinally built in the 1200s but twice detroyed and reconstructed, its remaining structure dates back to 1840. Its design is romantic neo-gothic created by an architecture known by the name of Carl Alexander Heideloff. Today the castle is still privately owned but open to visitors.
