INTRODUCTION

Laredo is located by the Rio Grande. It is served by the Laredo International Airport and offers a myriad of attractions to visitors. One of them is the George Washington Birthday Celebration, a month long event to celebrate the birthday of the forefather. Museums and parks that offer lakes and fishing as recreation are also popular. The nightlife is most active around the Laredo Entertainment Center.
