For those who like the out of the ordinary, the Art Car Museum at 140 Heights Boulevard is a great place to go. On exhibit are cars that have been "tricked out" for the annual Art Car Parade. I have seen such vehicles as a high heeled red pump (seats two, a driver in the toe and a passenger in the heel) and a giant, somewhat scary, rabbbit guarding a basket of eggs. The children were really impressed. The museum is a little hard to see, so keep an eye out for a silver metal building with spires on top.
