Wedged next to the tall brownstones in the Gramercy district is an old boarding house renovated into a quaint hotel. This is a great area to stay in the city. The nieghborhood has an old, classy New York feel. The Hotel itself is clean, small place with one elevator. Most of the rooms have a shared bathroom in the hall, but have their own sinks. It may seem like a non-descript place, but the atmosphere is comfortable and stylish with its wooden accents from time past. This was also the place where Woody Allen filmed Manhattan Murder Mystery and has been host to many actors and artists.
