Glacier National Park, Montana Travel GuideThe high altitude environment is both beautiful and dangerous. The high mountains, alpine forests, and clear lakes are all great attractions to the park. However, snow and harsh weather are a constant threat, so be prepared for all weather conditions and be safe. Weather is unpredictable. Summers can be hot and dry and turn cold and snowy without warning. Always be prepared for bad weather. Glacier is looking to move into the 21st century with all new web based development projects.
