Festival Of Color Hot Air Balloon Rally

This annual event is held at the Veterans Memorial Park. About 30 brightly-colored balloons participate in flights from city schools on Friday; a balloon race and competition on Saturday; a “Balloon Glow” on Saturday night; and a mass ascension on Sunday morning.
