Disney World-Reality Check

It is important to look at Disney World, with REALITY. When you visit this park, it is going to cost you some money. Most people plan for their Disney vacation, months and, sometimes, years in advance. There is a reason for that...to save your money and allow yourself time to enjoy your vacation.

Tickets at Disney World are priced equal to or less than other amusement parks. The food is no more expensive than any other park and, most often, it has more variety and it tastes better. When you figure the hours of entertainment that you pay for, it is basically the same hourly price as going to a movie.

Be sure to read the article related to visiting Disney on a budget. Many shortcuts taken will allow you the option of saving money, because I have seen people bring bagged lunches into the park with them. Also, an important item to note, is that the restaurants will give you a cup of ice water for free.

Please don't let budget concerns weigh down your experience at the "Happiest Place on Earth." Plan ahead and be prepared.
