Commemorative Air Force Museum

The museum is located at the Falcon Field Airport at the intersection of Greenfield and Mckellips Road and is just 18 miles east of downtown Phoenix.

You can view aircraft such as the PV2 Lockheed Harpoon, the B-25 Mitchell, the Stearman Trainer, the Naval Aircraft Factory N3N, the MIG-15 UTI “Midget” Trainer, the Fairey Swordfish, the TBM Avenger, and the Mitsubishi A6M-3 Zero.

You also get an opportunity to fly in a B-17 Flying Fortress, SNJ or C-45. You will soar among the clouds, hear the rumble and roar of the engines, and feel the wind in your face. By going back in time, you get to imagine yourself as of part of a flight crew that made history more than 60 years ago.
