Cologne

Cathedral: This is Germany's biggest cathedral. Amazingly, it took 600 years to complete.

Romanesque churches: A wonderful collection of 12 great Romanesque churches all within the inner city.

Roman Cologne: There are towers, gates, Praetorium (governer's palace), and many important excavations to explore.

Medieval Town Hall: Discover Gürzenich buildings & city gates from as far back as the beginning of Cologne.

Kölner Philharmonie: One of Europe's top concert halls.

Köln Arena: Completed 1998, this is Germany's biggest indoor stadium.

Imhoff-Stollwerck Chocolate Museum: Mmmmm chocolate! You can sample your way around this wonderful museum.

Rheingarten and Old Town: A great place to catch up with friends and have coffee or a beer and talk the night away.

Musical Dome: Next to the central station, currently venue for the musical Saturday Night Fever.
