Cincinnati was built in a very hilly area with winding roads and gorgeous views such as those of Mount Adams. Cincinnati is located at the intersection of the Erie Canal, the Ohio River, and the Miami River. This makes it important for commercial sales activity.

This city strongly supported anti-slavery efforts and opened the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center in support of this historical movement.
