Church in Milan, and home of Da Vinci's "Last Supper." Amazingly the prized mural is found not in the church itself, but in the back halls of the dining halls. Da Vinci painted on dry wall, so it is not a true fresco and it begun deteriorating only several years after its completion. Because of this, the area is very controlled for restorative purposes, and very few people are let inside to see the painting. If you want to see "Last Supper" you should make a reservation as soon as you know you will be visiting Milan because spots fill up very quickly.
