Casablanca Morocco

The port city of Casablanca in northern Morocco is not to be compared to the idyllic location if the movie of the same name.

Morocco's commercial capital, Casablanca is a modern, sprawling European style city and the 5th biggest city on the African continent.

The centre of Casablanca is fairly impressive. It's brand modern, with big, lively boulevards, high, white, well-kept buildings.

There are lots of attractions within the city such as museums, mosques, markets and palaces.

It is best however to leave the confines of the city and discover Casablanca's beautiful white, sandy beaches and hopping beach bars/clubs.
