Bentonville Arkansas

Located in northwest Arkansas near the beautiful Ozark Mountains, Bentonville is home to Wal-Mart's international headquarters.

Bentonville boasts a wide variety of activities for the whole family. One example is the "Round the Square" market. This unique markets sells not only produce, but numerous crafts, as well. The market runs from the last Saturday in April until the Saturday after Thanksgiving. That being said, lovers of original crafts can find exactly what they are looking for all year round. The Benton County Fairgrounds hosts several arts-and-craft shows throughout the year, as well as other special events such as the Benton County Fair.

For lovers of the outdoors, there are lakes such as Beaver Lake, Crystal Lake and Table Rock Lake. Here nature enthusiasts can enjoy swimming, boating, amd much more.

Bentonville is also known for its lovely colonial architecture. Visitors will appreciate the 72 historical buildings and homes including the Peel House Mansion, the Old Bentonville High School, and the Historical Garden.
