American Adventures is the place for kids. If your kids are too young for Six Flags, but too old to be locked down in the stroller all day, American Adventures is just what you are looking for.
The price and activities are unbeatable! Admission for children under 36" is $5.99, over 36" is $15.99. Here's the best part, American Adventures understands parents and you can get in for only $5.99.
Outside is a mini-amusement park complete with a Tilt-a-Whirl, Pirates' Ship, mini-coaster, pint-sized swings, a train, and other fun rides. Inside is an old-fashioned carousel and a dine in restaurant serving kid favorites: pizza and chicken fingers.
The Foam Factory inside provides hours of foam wars, foam building, and a variety of imaginative adventures.
Don't forget extra money for the Arcade, and go-carts. Everything else is included in the admission price.
This is one of the best visits in the metro-Atlanta area for preschool and elementary aged kids. There is just enough adventure to keep your older kids entertained, too.
American Adventures is in Marietta, Georgia just a few miles north of Atlanta. It is conveniently located off of I75.
I highly recommend a day of fun and smiles at American Adventures.
